Survey & Measure
We measure the full eaves run, assess the rafter feet and existing boards, and advise plainly on fascia, soffit and gutter options — including colour, profile and ventilation — for your property and budget.
Strip & Prepare
Old gutters, downpipes and any rotting timber fascias are stripped out. Rafter feet are inspected and treated for decay, and the eaves lined ready for the new boards — no covering up rotten timber with plastic.
Fascia Boards
New UPVC fascia boards are fixed directly to the rafter feet with corrosion-resistant screws, not pinned to decayed timber. Joints are mitred and sealed, corners dressed neatly, and the board set true and level.
Soffits & Ventilation
Vented soffit boards close the eaves and provide the continuous 10,000mm²/m ventilation that Building Regulations require — keeping the roof void dry and preventing condensation rot in the rafters and underlay.
Gutters & Brackets
Gutters are fixed on rising brackets at the correct centres and pitched to the outlets at a true fall — no sagging, no standing water. Union joints are sealed, and the run checked so every drop sheds cleanly to the downpipe.
Downpipes & Handover
Downpipes, shoes and offsets are fitted and clipped, directing water well away from the foundations. We flush the full run, walk you round the finished work, leave the site spotless, and register your warranty.
