Fascia & Soffit Renewal
Rotting timber fascias and soffits let water into the roof void and invite pests. We strip the old boards, treat any decay, and fit crisp, maintenance-free UPVC fascias and vented soffits that never need painting.
Downpipe & Shoe Repairs
Cracked, loose or leaking downpipes dump water at the base of the wall and can undermine foundations. We replace damaged sections, refix loose clips, and renew shoes and offsets to direct water well away from the house.
Cast Iron Restoration
Period homes deserve period gutters. We de-rust, prime and repaint cast iron ogee gutters, replace perished seals, and refix loose brackets — preserving the character of your property while making it weathertight.
Storm & Sagging Gutters
Snow load, high winds and age pull brackets loose and sag the gutter so it holds water instead of shedding it. We re-pitch the run, renew bent brackets, and add extra supports where the span demands it.
